You are reading this because you feel overwhelmed with your marketing. You feel as if you’ve tried everything but nothing is sticking. Your business may even be a “leaky bucket” and is losing clients. If any of these are true, you need a Chief Marketing Officer.

This is the first step of the journey is to look at your 30,000-foot-view of your business. We will do a full mind-bending session where we do a deep dive into your business. This includes:

» The services or products you sell

» How you sell those services or products

» Strategies and tactics you’ve tried in the past

» Your marketing systems (and tech)

After we do a deep dive of your business, I put it all together in what I call the “Spiderweb System”.

This is a system that looks at the client journey from prospect to raving fan

We don’t just look at how to increase awareness of your brand to gain new clients, we also look at how we move them from prospect to new client to someone who will stay will you forever and rave on about your brand to everyone.

The CMO Plan is super adaptive, not à la carte

Most agencies and marketing professionals offer more of “à la carte” services. This means they provide particular strategies such as SEO, social media, etc and that is what they pitch. But how do you know if that’s what you need? And more importantly, how do you know if that’s what you need six months from now? A year from now?

Adaptive means we change our focus based on what needs to be done now, what is currently working, and testing new strategies. The world changes. Your business needs to change with it.

real-time progress dashboard

There is nothing more frustrating than hiring a marketing professional and you have no idea what they are doing and when they are doing it. We have solved that problem.

You get a CMO Snapshot, which is a dashboard for viewing progress in real-time.

Of course, you will be prompted every two weeks to actually look at this thing but you can pull up the dashboard anytime to see our progress (without having to register for any kind of account).

progress calls

This will be a 90/10 relationship. What that means is that we take care of 90%+ of the execution.

However, we still want there to be CONSTANT communication and make sure we are both on the same page about goals, expectations, timelines, etc. So we schedule Zoom calls 2x per month.

The investment for this is $3,500 per month and this is a six-month commitment.
